Anybody who has ever tried to write, work, or complete any project when they are extremely tired will have an idea of what I am talking about. Ability to focus will be nearly impossible, most of the words written won’t make sense. The mental function will be extremely slow. Yes, that is the life of people with fibromyalgia.

For me I don’t believe in beating children like animal as discipline. I am also not of the belief of letting them get away with bad behaviour is the answer. You have to find away to give appropriate punishment without damaging them physically and mentally as individuals.
I am back again talking about the importance of doing you. Be you. Do exactly what your soul wants. Trust yourself. Ignore what others may say or think about you. Trust me the well-being of your mental health depends on it.
Remember, early diagnosis means early treatment. Early treatment means it may not turn into something big, or worse; not treatable. Talk to someone close to you. Choose someone you are sure will understand and gives you a shoulder to lean on. We all breakdown at one point or another.
