Halloo,

Many people do not realize that it is possible to achieve glowing skin without using harsh and harmful chemical and spending a lot of money.

Please let me remind you again that this is possible and at little or no cost at all.

You can look younger with healthy glowing skin by making your skincare products right in your own kitchen. And if you are too busy contact me and I will sort you out by making products exactly tailored to your needs.

I know it is not easy to keep skin looking youthful and hydrated especially as we age and due to environmental conditions like exposure to harmful sun-rays and other factors.

But a few simple steps can help you get your skin to become beautiful.

Two good ways of achieving beautiful skin is by Exfoliating and Hydrating. Let’s look at them.

EXFOLIATE

Please get yourself a good exfoliating product, preferably a homemade one.

This process will help remove dead skin and impurities. A new smoother and healthier skin will be exposed. Your complexion will become brighter.

I cannot stress enough the importance of exfoliating.

You will not only enjoy beautiful skin after exfoliating but skincare products you apply after have a good chance of working better.

Exfoliating will also unclog the pores by removing dirt and impurities especially when combined with steaming. This will lead to healthier skin.

HYDRATING

Dry skin is a major problem for many people, myself included.

Managing dry skin is something that is hard but not impossible. Read my article on managing dry skin here.

Starting from what you eat and drink, your lifestyle, and skincare choices. Make sure you moisturise properly daily.

I am a huge fan of homemade whipped body butter than lotions, creams, etc. I find that Body butter stays longer on the skin, so giving it added protection than the others.

Another way of dealing with dehydrated skin is by using Homemade hydrating masks. I use my homemade face mask at least once a week to give my skin a moisture boost. Click here to see how to make it

There are no miracles- Take care of your skin and you will see result.
