Halloo,

Let’s talk about one of the most dreaded ladies nightmares.

Yeah, that one!

The dreaded dark circles around the eye area. These circles are so stubborn, and the eye area is so delicate, getting rid of them is not very easy.

Okay, I know we all have our facial imperfections and hiding them seems the easiest option. But some are better treated than hidden, like the shadows under the eyes (that dark circle surrounding the eye area) This is a popular reason many ladies apply concealers. But it conceals, like the name suggests, not clear the imperfections.

Keeping it simple and natural is my motto in everything I do, especially when it comes to make-up. I am not a fan of a heavily made-up face. I wear the barest minimum and to be able to do that your skin needs to be healthy. With a little bit of effort, it is achievable

I have nothing against makeup, it is just not me.

If we can make the effort and treat our skin kindly our need for too much make-up will be greatly reduced, so will be the stress. Think about it- you’ll spend less time in the morning getting ready, you won’t have to keep dashing to the ladies to touch up every so often, no worries of clothes getting stained from the different colours on your face, and you can get into bed at night without the hassle of scraping make-up off your face.

Still in doubt? Read on, please.

If you really don’t want those dark circles, first you need to stop these habits:

  • Not sleeping enough (Try to get at least 7 hours of sleep at night)
  • Exposing your skin to the sun (Sun is good for you but use Moisturizers with good SPF)
  • Not drinking enough water (Drink lots of water for great skin and good health)
  • Bad diets (Get all the necessary vitamins and nutrients by eating a balanced diet)
  • Rubbing eyes (Absolute no-no. Try to cure whatever is making you rub your eyes)

The above-mentioned habits are basically to prevent dark circles around the eyes, but how do you clear those you already have? My answer is to do it THE NATURAL WAY.
