Hello Nature Lovers,
Let's talk about most ladies nightmare. Here goes.
Lighten dark areas on your skin.
Keeping it simple and natural is my motto in everything I do, especially when it comes to make-ups. I am not a fan of heavily made-up face. I wear the barest minimum and to be able to do that your skin needs to be almost perfect. With a little bit of effort, it is achievable
With flawless skin your need for too much make-ups will be greatly reduced, so will be the stress.Think about it : You’ll spend less time in the morning getting ready. You won’t have to keep dashing to the ladies to touch up your make-up every so often. No worries of clothes getting stained from the different colours on your face. And you can get into bed at night without the hassle of scraping make-ups off your face.
Okay, I know we all have our facial imperfections and hiding them seems the easiest option. But some are better treated than hidden. Take the shadows under the eyes (that dark circle surrounding the eye area) for example. This is a popular reason why many ladies wear concealers before applying their foundation. But it conceals, like the name suggests, not clear the dark shadows.
If you really want to get rid of those dark circles, first you need to stop these habits:
Not sleeping enough (Try to get at least 7 hours of sleep at night)
Exposing your skin to the sun (Sun is good for you but use Moisturizers with good SPF)
Not drinking enough water (Drink lots of water for great skin and good health)
Bad diets (Get all the necessary vitamins and nutrients by eating a balanced diet)
Rubbing eyes (Absolute no-no. Try to cure whatever is making you rub your eyes)
The above mentioned habits are basically to prevent Dark circle around the eyes, but how do you clear those you already have? My answer is DO IT THE NATURAL WAY.
There are many amazing natural Ingredients you can use to clear dark shadows and other skin discolorations, here are some:
